Our mission is to increase life satisfaction and reduce the cost of care.Perfect Health.net was established to address the growing need for emotional support for seniors and to reduce the impact of costs of care for the largest demographic group in the United States. Individualized care can aid clients as well as their family through life transitions, grief, anxiety, and depression. Support from Perfect Health.net care providers is multi-dimensional and designed with your needs in mind.
In the United States, the number of individuals over the age of 65 will grow significantly in the coming twenty years. In 2009 there were 39.6 million Americans over age 65, representing 12.9% of the total population. According to the U. S. Department of Health and Human Services, by the year 2030, there will be 72.1 million people over 65 years old, more than twice the number thirty years earlier. The anticipated growth of seniors between 2009 to 2030 represents a demographic growth rate unprecedented in the history of the United States. Roughly 3 million baby boomers will reach retirement age every year for the next twenty years.
By the year 2029, the number of Americans 65 years or older will have climbed by 73% (see chart 8). The Baby Boom generation (those born between 1946 and 1964) will have a tremendous impact on social services, medical service delivery, political influence, and the delivery of behavioral health services. Adapting to this wave of growth will be critical to meet their needs as an aging demographic group and meet the economic impact required to care for them.
Prefect Health.net supports the needs of seniors as they look to manage the emotional aspects of aging and to reduce the costs of care for insurance companies, Medicare, and clients. Through our services, Prefect Health.net providers work to keep clients healthier and retain their independence, thereby reducing the costs which may be associated with catastrophic illness or compounded medical and mental health conditions.
2010 Services Began
Through collaborations with In-Home Care Services, service providers began to provide individualized biological, psychological, and social assessments for seniors.
2012 Referral for Services Grew
Home health agencies began referring increasing numbers of clients for emotional support for home-bound and bedbound individuals seeking emotional support. The growth of referrals for services grew 100% over a six-month period.
2014 Founding of PerfectHealth.net
Founding of Perfect Health.net and filing for LLC and Medicare Enrollment reimbursements for enrolled.
2015 Hiring and Expansion of Services
Perfect Health.net established a network of partnerships and community alliances to expand its integrative care model and provide individualized, emotionally supportive services. Services aim to address emotional challenges, coping strategies with memory loss, family support, and care integration.
