Trained psychotherapists utilize a wide range of techniques to treat depression, anxiety, loss, grief, life challenges, and stressors that may be impacting your personal or work life. Perfect Health providers will work on developing goals and move toward improvement in your life ,and focus on your needs through this learning journey.
Corporate Partnerships
Perfect Health providers have decades of experience working with corporate clients in health care companies and in for profit organizations. Areas of specific expertise include bio psychosocial assessment and ongoing care for organ transplant patients, cardiac health care, oncology support, among other health care fields. Corporate wellness programs for individual growth, team building and sustained successes are also at the core of service delivery. Perfect Health will develop an individualized services agreement outlining deliverables and a long term plan for implementation, training and integration of services.
Graduate Internship Program
Perfect Health providers and educators have decades of teaching experience supporting clinical learning experiences. Each year, Perfect Health welcomes 3-6 master's students to engage in advanced training to meet the requirements of their graduate programs. Providers have partnered with Columbia University School for Social Work, the University of Denver Master's in Social Work, San Francisco State University Master in Social work, School for Social Welfare of the University of California Berkeley School for Social Welfare. Associate Therapist Training Program
Associate Clinical Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapists interested in becoming licensed providers in California are welcome to contact our team of seasoned supervisors for clinical training. Clinical experience including diagnosis, assessment, and treatment are included with this training program in addition to a wide range of supervision options, both individual, group and professional classes.
Small Groups
Perfect Health has a structured, carefully organized and a systematic approach to small group learning. Groups are limited in size and follow a core curriculum. The goal of the group learning process is to create a supportive, emotionally available and psychologically safe environment. A professional staff of Perfect Health facilitates all groups. Each group member receives a learning guide to support learning and track their personal goals for growth and progress.
Classes
Perfect Health hosts both free and fee based classes on a wide range of health topics. Classes focus on emotional health, mind & body connection and the science of consciousness. Fee based classes are intended as a series, and are lead by presenters who integrate current research in the healthcare field into the class
curriculum. Fee based classes integrate online tools for personal learning and tracking growth on identified goals. Registration is required for all classes
